Leviticus 24:15-17

¹⁵ And tell the Israelites: If anyone curses his God, he will bear the consequences of his sin. ¹⁶ Whoever blasphemes the name of Yahweh is to be put to death;^(A) the whole community must stone him. If he blasphemes the Name, he is to be put to death, whether the foreign resident or the native.
